"Exceeded Expectation. Highly recommend."

The stay exceeded expectations. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Location was central, which made it very easy to get around. Ubers could be ordered easily, and the pick up point was directly outside the hotel. Cleaning staff were polite, and front of house staff were super friendly. I really liked the fact that Souq Waqif by uber was literally 5 minutes down the road. Would most definitely visit again.

It would help to have a fan in the bathroom, so stream can easily pass. Bathroom was getting very steamy.

I had a great weekend stay at the Grand Regency. First of all, a big thank you to multi-lingual Ms. Amina for smoothly arranging my room even though I arrived earlier than expected. She gave me a lovely room, and I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel sent a complimentary basket of fruits. 💓 The concierge people, security, Mr. Anas and the rest are very welcoming and attentive too. The new design of the Room is definitely my favorite—it's so cozy and comfortable. Also, kudos to the housekeeping team! I loved the fancy towel fold on my bed. Nice touch.
