الاكل وجودته انصح الفندق بتقديم خيرات اخرى للاكل وتعديل قائمة الطعام وتوفير قائمه احدث وجودت الطبخ لان بعض الاحيان الطبخ يكون ليس جيدا بلمره

Disappointing experience. The hotel lacked cleanliness, the rooms were not well prepared, and daily amenities for two guests were insufficient. The room key frequently needed reactivation to access the elevator. Valet parking service was also slow due to a shortage of staff.

The location and friendly concierge and very polite drivers

When we arrived we didn't have cold water in the shower only boiling hot. After they fixed it another issue appeared, the toilet started to lick. The cleaner doesn't know how to clean rooms and doesn't know that if you dropped the towel on the floor it means this towel needs to be changed, and definitely doesn't know how to fix the bed after the night. I couldn't reach reception they never pick up the phone, asked to bring the new towels to the room and waited for that 20 min. The gym didn't have towels inside and the temperature inside the gym was 24°, so it was crazy hot but noone was in the gym to get the towels or change the temperature. They keep saying we provide beach access when we asked for vouchers they said sorry we don't have them anymore. This hotel has no idea what is 5* hotel. Before I stayed at Radisson Blu 4* and it was amazing. This time I made a mistake and booked Grand Regency 5* which in reality deserves 3*. I totally don't recommend this hotel, absolutely destroyed vacation. Next time either Radisson again either try something new but for sure not Grand Regency by Wyndham 5* anymore!!!
