"Very Good"

Room was very nice, very clean and very comfortable bed

The restaurant service and the quality of food served dosnt match the five starr of the hotel. The food varieties and taste was far behind. The juice drinks provided was of cheap and low quality and not very tasty same as the deserts. The hotel location was good but to get a taxi or transportation you have to waite so long because of the traffic infront of the entrance as no enough parking space available.

"SU is the best"

I had a great stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. A special thank you to SU for her outstanding assistance during our check-in. She provided helpful advice, was always professional, and her warm, friendly attitude made us feel very welcome. Her excellent service is one of the main reasons I would choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.

One small comment regarding the breakfast area: the tables did not have table mats, and the cutlery and tableware were placed directly on the tabletop. This gave an unhygienic impression and could be improved to enhance the overall dining experience.

"In general, the experience was great"
