We liked the staff at the hotel especially Harshit. He tool care of us like his own family and truly stood upto what Varanasi people are known for- their kindness and helpful nature. Hotel also offered a complimentary Temple visits which were very exclusive and hidden gems of Varanasi.

1. Rooms were not available when we reached hotel at 3 2. Wifi was not working

- The stay was very comfortable and pleasant. - Staff were cooperative, courteous, and helpful throughout. - Pricing was reasonable and offered good value.

Areas for improvement: - Cleanliness near the entrance should be better maintained. - Room cleaning should be done more thoroughly and consistently. - Linen should be changed every day to ensure freshness and hygiene.

The property is like an AirBnB but with hotel facilities. The host was fantastic and couldn’t do more to help us. They also included a night time temple tour that was great.

The location is hard to find but the host arranged the transport for us other than that it was great

L’accueil était très chaleureux, le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment sympathique et toujours souriant, la chambre est pas mal d’une propreté acceptable. Ils vous proposent même d’autres services comme le transport où vous voulez aller, à votre arrivée ils vous montreront tout les endroits à faire et si vous êtes sortis tout seuls ils vous envoient de temps en temps un message sur wtsp pour voir si tout est ok et si t’as besoin d’une aide. Ils acceptent que paiement par espèces, n’oubliez pas de faire un retrait d’argent avant d’arriver. Je recommande

L’emplacement est dans l’ancienne ville de Varanasi , cela peut vous choquer au début si vous êtes arrivés à L’inde pour la première fois

I had an amazing time in Magalmay. Kuldeep was so supportive in helping me get around and providing me with everything I needed. I could therefore experience Varanasi on a deeper level. I left with gratitude the beautiful place and will definitely come back.
