Lounge and dining kitchen area, good central location, had all we needed.

Couple of pans need replacing, toilet flush goes on to long seems to be a fault, opening top sash of windows needs a pole and some fittings attached to the top sash

Beautiful place to stay everything we needed in a ideal location would highly recommend it plenty of space and easy access with the lift

Cant think of anything we didn't like only when we had to leave

Decor is a bit dated

The location was excellent for everything in the town centre. The butcher's shop one door down was excellent for pork pies, ready meals etc.

The fact that when we booked the information stated that there was a dishwasher, but, when we got there, there was no dishwasher but we weren't informed that it had been removed. The cleanliness could have been better as there was dust on the plug sockets, a grubby tea towel and bits on the sofa and floor that hadn't been cleaned up by the housekeeper.

Beds and pillows uncomfortable and double beds too small unable to have a bath due to valve issues bath side broken curtains dirty needs a refresh. Not for 6 people.

Was very hot when we arrived, but soon cooled down with all the windows open and the fans on. The glass coffee table surface slid a little, which wasn’t a problem for us, but may be with younger children.. might just need resticking. It might be useful to let folk know about the timed light switch just as you enter the property… we struggled to see to the lift the first time we came in. Didn’t help I had my sunglasses on. 😂
