Location is immaculate! So close to Spark Arena.

The toilet is in front of a cabinet, not ideal if you have physical impairment that requires assistance or if you’re a bigger sized person.

Very clean and tidy, handy to everything. Alot smaller than expected, but safe and secure.

Location was good. Accommodation however although clean was very small. Bathroom was tiny and so was bedroom, no room to put bags so had to put them in garage with car. Kitchen facilities were the laundry in the garage. Basically we were in a room off the garage in the basement of the 3 level apartment so was very very hot in the garage and being 2 adults no room to move. Sitting on the bed to watch TV and eat or read as no room to sit anywhere’s else.

The location of the room being a room in the garage. Bathroom sink too small and you need to be a smaller person to use toilet as a tight fit to sit on it up against the wee hand basin.

Clean tidy cosy and quiet, loved the room decor, had a really nice feel to it.

it was enough for my stay and traveling I was traveling alone, it was also close to the location of my business suitable for solo travel. It was clean, quite and safe neighborhood.

Great location close to the train station for the Auckland to Wellington train. Also near Parnell Gardens and Judges Bay for a pleasant walk. The shower pressure and temperature was great.

It is a small bedroom with a small ensuite. The carpeted garage provides the only space for sitting on the provided fold out chairs.
