Staff at reception was polite and courteous. One of the rooms given to me had a broken toilet so they upgraded my room to a bigger room which is very much appreciated since I was travelling with family and it made our stay more comfortable. Both the rooms were inter connected so kids could easily move around and enjoy their stay at the hotel.

The housekeeping and management at this hotel are poor, leading to multiple issues during my 3-night stay: * The corridor outside my room was filthy on check-in and remained uncleaned until checkout. * Despite booking two rooms for a family of five, housekeeping provided only 2 towels, 2 water bottles, and no replenishment of toiletries each day, even after requests. * Restaurant staff were untrained, repeatedly providing insufficient glasses and cutlery for our group. * The food was bland and subpar, far below 4-star standards. We ate outside after two disappointing meals. * My upgraded room had a non-functional living area AC, making the space unusable. * The hotel did not honor the advertised 10% discount on food, citing unclear conditions. I cannot recommend this hotel due to these issues.

Cleanliness can be bit better

The food served was really awesome and the staff was very humble. It is in the main road just few minutes away from mall road and Private bus stand. Easy to access

Well located, amenities ,park ,dine in area, parking everything is great and Mr Harish is very cooperative humble person. Rooms are specious. Totally it was great stay … too recommend if anyone wants to stay in Manali ROCK MANALI is good option.
