One of the finest property in Manali location wise and most importantly the staff is very polite and friendly. Nishu one of the staff is very polite and helpful and made our stay more comfortable.

"Climate and friendly staff made us overcome the shortcoming’s"

Staff was very friendly and helpful Location was good, highway touch and around a km and half from mall road Scenic view from the room, snow clad mountain and river Beas gushing through

Hot water was not 24*7 and it’s availability changed based on big groups requirements Room was not centrally heated as mentioned during booking and the AC used as inverter took time to heat the room Food price is exorbitant to the quality provided Breakfast spread was disappointing and negligible Way to go to justify the 4 star rating
