Our special thanks to Mr. Balbir who made our stay comfortable and helped us and get our car out from 2 feet deep snow, which was badly stuck in the snow, As a result we reached home safely. Thank you Rock Manali staff. Regards

Spanking clean..the entire facility from the entrance to all the spaces inside to the room was spotless at all times. Felt real good.

since it was off season, there was no buffet either for breakfast or dinner.

The staff is very cooperative, and the service is very good. Cleanliness is also awesome. I liked their service a lot.

The only thing that I didn't like was the TV, the TV was not working properly. WiFi was also not good, very bad connection.
