There was no wardrobe for clothes, it wasn't clean, bathroom was barely usable, no towels, uncomfy bed and overall a shit time in the accommodation. Black pool was great!

This is my second time staying here. Very clean, modern and good value for money. The location is perfect.

The front door was very loud when people were coming and leaving.

Very clean apartments with lovely shower and lovely bedding. Excellent location for us just down from the tower.

Check in from 4 was a bit late for us as we go for an afternoon out. Our bed was only a 3/4 size so a little too small (room 3) but our friends room was fantastic (room 1)

The space was good. The location was perfect. The street wasnt noisy. The fans were amazing during the warm night. Bathroom was clean. The separate TVs in each room were a bonus. The coffee table setup was really nice too. The building felt very secure too and I liked that there was a little ramp getting into the hotel. Made it easy with the pram. I would definitely book here again.

There isn't on street parking. Although there is a carpark just at the end of the street, it would be good if the hotel provided some sort of discount for the parking fees.

This was my 2nd stay here, and the apartments still look and feel freshly decorated, spotlessly clean and modern.

It would be really useful to have either a bathroom cabinet or more shelves for toiletries, and the shelves above the sink was an issue when brushing teeth, as my daughter and I both bumped our heads on it.
