Very clean and modern

Only put a bad score about the staff because were none just a key box

The communication before trip was good and clear instructions for entry were given and worked. Car park at bottom of road was close but £19 for 24 hours. Room really clean but not that big which is fine if just somewhere to sleep.The overbed fan was an absolute godsend as tempartures were around 32c. Tea stuff provided. Bed very comfy.

We paid deposit but on arrival found small burn on carpet which we reported immediately but with no reply which was poor. One window didnt open which again with big heat wasnt great but i suppose its never that hot in blackpool. Its a shame check out is just so early, 10am when you cant check in until 4pm leaves 6 hours to clean and is 15 mins max.Overall a good stay but 11am checkout would have given a max score.

The room was gorgeous, the whole complex was well looked after.

Some parts of the room weren’t the cleanest, hairs in the bedside drawer, sink hadn’t been cleaned very well, but for the price it was brilliant.

Would've been great if there were a microwave to heat up meals. And the rack above the small basin was a bit difficult. But overall enjoyed our stay.
