"There's room for improvement."

The house is spacious, and the surroundings are quiet. There's ample seating in the living room, the beds are comfortable, and the pool table is a nice touch.

The cleanliness of the house was disappointing. Upon my arrival, the floors were dirty with bugs on the floor, some towels had stains, and many dishes were unwashed. The house lacks ventilation, and the air conditioning in the upper level is weak. The neighborhood isn't particularly inviting, and some streets around it aren’t family-friendly. If you're traveling without a car, nearby grocery options are also very limited.

"Not for me"

Central location for what I needed

The owner of the. Property left me a half a roll A toilet Paper it Each bathroom no extra Had to go out and buy my own had I stayed in a Hotel I would not have had to. I wear socks around the house at night time My socks were filthy. When staying in a hotel?If you get there a little early and your room is ready, they let you Check-in I.Asked to be checked in forty five minutes early with This property and it would have cost me fifty dollars to do it Is not very accommodating... It's a Beautiful old house.. No cooking pans 2 go in the oven. And when I got ready to check out She sent me an email to ask me to take out the trash do the dishes And to me , I paid a two hundred and twenty dollars Cleaning me why am I cleaning.

Up stairs air could have been better and the Ceiling fan in the master bedroom doesn’t work and the ice maker doesn’t work as well but other then that I love the place and location.

The property is located in a up and coming neighborhood right in downtown JAX. Walking the neighborhood was great!

The air conditioning was not the best. It felt too warm at times
