Pet friendly home in Historic Springfield near TIAA

Property was clean and big enough for 4 people. Upstairs air conditioning was very sufficient.

House is way older than it looks like on the photos and downstairs was very cold since there was no air conditioning.

This home is in a great location convenient to downtown and Everbank Field. It was the perfect size, and I appreciated that it was pet friendly, although in the end, we didn't bring our furbaby. We weren't sure if we could get someone to keep him so it was nice to know that was an option if we had needed it. I forgot my shampoo and thought I'd have to run to the store but was pleasantly surprised to find shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. Communication was great; they were very responsive when I reached out with questions before our trip and they reached out to us at the beginning and end of our trip to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful and the hosts were so helpful! Loved the neighborhood and the location. We were close to downtown restaurants, coffee shops, and other local shops and not far from five points. The house is beautifully decorated, full of character, and spacious. There were six of us there for a conference. We will definitely return. Highly recommend!
