Difficult getting the keys back into the key safe

No instructions for anything and struggled to put the key back in the case which we feel could be soon rectified

GBFantastic location right in the heart of Ludlow. Cottage looked like it had just been refurbished and everything was spotless.
The key box is far too small for the keys and the gate remote control. It also has a very stiff sliding cover that my wife and another resident were unable to open. I had to pull it down with some strength to open it and feared I would break it. The gentleman said that the previous guests had also struggled with the key and key box. On departure, it took us almost 10 minutes to get the key and fob into the key box. We have an identical one at home so it wasn't user error in this case - please replace with the next size up. A word of warning to anyone with a low slung car...the entry and exit angle into the parking is very steep and damaged the front spoiler on my Porsche, despite my best efforts to creep in.
GBLovely cottage, very comfy with everything you could need, peaceful and quiet, even though it is so close to the castle and main square. Ludlow is so interesting and charming, so many super places to eat and a vibrant arts centre where you can see films and live music which we enjoyed very much.
Nothing, it was a perfect place to stay for a September break.
