GBGBRight next to the Castle, close to the town, shops, bars and restaurants. A charming cottage in a quiet, gated area away from traffic. All the facilities you could need. Comfortable bed. Private, secure parking on site.
We couldn't find any instructions in the property about how things worked, where to put rubbish, what to do on departure, etc. We had no contact with the owner throughout our stay, so don't even know who they are. A bit strange, that.

Wasn't sure what to do with the rubbish when we left so tied it up and left it outside- no indication where central bins were. Hob took a bit of working out but we got there in the end and ate out quite a bit..... bonus!
GBCosy and spotlessly clean, underfloor heating was a great addition on a cold Friday night .

Booking.com said facilities included a hairdryer but there was not one that we could find. The chairs in the lounge were a little uncomfortable, perhaps a sofa would have been nice. A boot cleaning facility outside cottage might be useful for walkers staying.
