The location and restaurant

The room generally, and facilities within room were poor ie., the bed was uncomfortable and poorly rated duvet, the heating did not work, the shower was poorly designed, no TV signal and TV installation poor, some of the furniture lent itself to a boutique style space rather than a log cabin, power outlets too low (not DDA compliant) etc...I feel the time and effort being spent on building additional cabins should be used to upgrade the existing cabins.

The bar and restaurant were both closed, we knee this before arriving but it would have made the stay so much better. Also there was no garden/grass space for the dogs, basically a hit tub with fence around it

Great area, comfy bed.

Would prefer more privacy at the hotel tub area.
