Nothing. I couldn't locate the property. I called several times and they didn't take my call. I ended up sleeping in my car. That's disgusting

The apartment was very nice and classy on the inside. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Quality of everything was very good and the host was easy to communicate with.

Apartment was quite hard to find as there are a few apartments in that address which made self check in a bit difficult.

I liked that it was spacious and very very neat. It had everything you’ll need for a short stay. Also, it’s located in the heart of Birmingham.

Nothing honestly. I was only there for 1 night so maybe if I stayed longer it would have been different

Comfortable bed in the bedroom. in the facility there is an iron, ironing board, hair dryer. kitchen with dishwasher.

Parking fee (which was on the premises - only residents have access) dead battery from smoke alarm, which was beeping very loudly throughout the stay. Very large deposit to cover damages. deposit was not fully refunded due to dirty floor left by us. In one place in the living room there was spilled lemonade, I honestly did not notice it. my mistake. The bathroom wasn't cleaned enough. Black hair and stains on the floor. The guests were blondes. the owner was clearly looking for an excuse to grab something else. picking up the key to the apartment in a different location. What was difficult for someone from outside Birmingham

I was charged the entire amount, and I did not stay at the property. I waited for 2 Hours outside the property but the host was not responding to my calls.
