Luxury City Apartment in JQuarter Birmingham

didn’t even get to stay in the place the owners were no help didn’t answer the phone once would never recommended

I work just around the corner when I travel to Birmingham, so location ideal. Host was very responsive about my queries, Lovely clean flat, lots of space. I was worried about how to collect keys etc but actually straightforward. I seriously want to stay there again. No hassle about my deposit being returned. A really nice experience.

Very convenient only 2 min walk - clear instructions provided. Only issue was chat feature on booking app was not working but host sent check-in instructions over by sms. Very helpful

The location was great, check in was smooth. It’s in a good area of town. The apartment is really nice. It has a lovely kitchen, a great bathroom with a perfect bedroom. Really comfy and cosy. Would definitely stay again. The host had great communication and was really understanding.

The only down side is that there is no parking directly outside however there is some parking right around the corner.

There are hidden charges. If you book they hold you to ransom for a ridiculous damage prevention fee of £250 which they said they would refund within 7 days pending there’s no damage. 100% a devious ploy to make money either way you look at it as they have a 0 refund policy. They advised I would not be allowed into the property after my payment for the room was taken. I could have just got a hotel room absolute bandits.
