Everything. Dirty bedsheets, pillows and foul smell in the rooms. Condom packet was found which was really embarrassing. It was an OYO room meant for hourly couples. Strictly not for families.

The room was in an unacceptable condition - dirty walls and, shockingly, bugs under our pillow. After 10 mins in this hotel, we had no choice but to leave, book another hotel, and arrange an Uber at our own expense. The management should seriously reconsider their standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. The room was not as shown in the pictures on booking.com.

I booked my stay through booking.com. I paid the money in advance. But i called them 20 days prior of my stay for confirmation they confirmed and then again i called them 1 day before that time they were saying amount you have paid is very less we cannot accept so and so. I paid the exact amount that was shown to me on booking. If the hotel felt the amount to be less they can cancel or they should not list on booking. On my check in day everything was smooth. But following two days of my stay the person knew my checkout day still used to ask me everyday check out? Check out? On the checkout day the hotel staff on the reception told me very rudely that now on dont book on booking as it shows less amount this time i have given you the room next time i wont. If you dont want anyone to book why do you list your hotel on some platform. Overall ok. Just didnt like the behaviour of staff.

Toilets were not cleaned. Ashtrays with full of ash was kept in the room and not cleared even after request. The staff preferred to spray air freshner instead of locating and clearing the ashtray.
