Once, I reached the hotel, tired from my journey they told me no rooms were available. When I told them the booking.com app messaging platform was filled with welcome notes, they said it was automated and they had nothing to do with it. I spent the night on the streets as it was too late, and I had no idea where to go. Luckily, I found a hotel next day

Like ? I am wondering on what basis I was sent this message for feedback ! I had a teleconversation with Mr Kalpeshwari, Site Manager a day before my scheduled check-in when to my surprise he refused to acknowledge my booking. He conveyed they are already overbooked by their own website booking and hence booking by 3rd party means is not acceptable to them.

Total disregard for business ethics and unprofessional response to customer. If they don’t want to accept booking made on booking.com or any other 3rd party/intermediary why they are being promoted by this parties ?

They did not provide they room. They have only 18 rooms and booked 80 paid reservation. They are frauding the customer and stealing the money. I did not receive the refund as well for the reservation

There was nothing to like about, we had a terrible experience as a family, the property was not as displayed in the pictures, it was was shabby, insects every where ,windows broken, bed torn, ceiling broken and the staff were very rude, I totally dislike the property and had to vacate the hotel before one day before complaining the property to OYO customer about the situation but they refused to help me and charged me for whole two days and their were arrogant to me, not at all expected booking.com to have such property in their list. It was totally mid leading.
