"Not worth what I paid for"

Good location. Clean since newly built.

The sheets did not fit the bed so ended up sleeping on plastic mattress pad each night. Cleaning service did not replace towels (typical flimsy hotel ones) so staff was a bit miffed when we asked to get clean ones on day 2. Bathroom not cleaned in between days and ran out of toilet paper and tissues. Breakfast was disappointing grab and go. Stay was not up to what I paid for overall. I had asked both hotel and Booking.com (phone and email) to extend a night, but never heard back from either.

I had to depart at 7:15 am the next morning, so it was nice to have something healthy for breakfast to grab and go!! The front desk staff were very helpful and personable! I absolutely loved my room - everything was perfect. As for the location, it was quite convenient to be situated near a Wal-Mart, other shops and restaurants, and, be within close proximity to the JMU campus! The price was also quite reasonable! Thank you!
