"Misleading free breakfast"

Super friendly staff, rooms are cleans and big.

We picked this hotel because of the free breakfast. But they only offer muffins and granola bars. Bed had a shit and a super thin comforter without case.

"OK PLACE, BUT...."

It was a new facility, it was clean enough.

Fire alarm went off at 3am, forcing evacuation, 4th floor smelled like somebody was having a pot party, may have been cause of fire alarm, but was told by a resident that they have false alarms all of the time. Also, spouse couldn't sleep in the bed, because it caused her to itch. We left after the 3am alarm, I plan on seeking a refund.

"The best hotel I have stayed in lately."

The location was excellent, it is off the main roads making it very quiet, especially no truck and traffic noise. The place looks brand new, very good at up-keep.

The ONLY negative comment I have is the grab and go breakfast, not much to choose from,
