It was roomy enough for us and our two kids. The communication was perfect and probably the best booking communication we ever had. The location was great right near the historic district and walking distance to everything it's also very easy to get an Uber anywhere. The area was super safe and the apartment was very secure. There was everything needed to cook drinking water hot water for the shower plenty of sheets and pillows. The TV worked really well and we were able to watch TV. There was no air conditioner or fan but the temperature was perfect as it got very cold in the evening. The internet also worked very well. This is a great apartment to stay in in Guatemala City it's a great location very comfortable and the best host communication ever. The lighting inside was also very nice. Oh and there was coffee, oil, and cooking spices which was a nice touch!! The check-in was also one of the best we've ever had and the people at the entrance of the building who gave you the key we're also very friendly. We only stayed one night but I wish we could have stayed longer.

It would be nice to have a fan in each room and maybe some curtains on top of the blinds just to make it a little darker and more cozy. Also the couch could use a cover or a good cleaning. The cleanliness wasn't the best but we aren't super picky about that.

I like the easy access to other malls and its safety. Building staff was great and polite and great to have indoor parking.

No negative feedback. All was great and will be happy if we can stay there on our next visit

Excelente atencion

It’s in a very nice area, the owner of the apartment is very prompt with responses, no AC, so open windows in the day, potentially at night if you sleep in the cold to avoid getting hot. there’s a fridge, a microwave, there’s an air fryer, the shower is nice and there are restaurants below the apartment, there’s a TV, a WII, nice desk to eat on. this place has a lot of potential for sure.

the bed was hard with uncomfortable sheets, there were ants scattered in certain areas of the apartments, though the room we slept in was okay. some corners looked dirty, it seems like very quick cleaning routines are done but not deep extensive ones though this is an assumption based on observation

Everything was great! Location (full of bars, restaurants nearby), apartment itself is amazing, beautiful view, big shower, comfy beds +everything you need in the kitchen. 10/10
