Apartamento Granat, con parqueo en Cuatro grados norte

Great location and size of apartment. Located in a safe area with grocery stores and dining nearby.

Floor was very dirty and the shower drain was very clogged. No AC, and windows were open when we arrived.

Room was excellent with almost all amenities. Very clean apartment in the heart of Guatemala city at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this apartment for short/long term stay.

It was a bit sultry at night. Would be nice if the place had a table fan. But we opened the windows and there was fresh, cool air.

Very clean, comfortable stay. The apartment had so many little touches that made it feel very much like a home. Extensive assortment of kitchen appliances and cookware (although I didn't cook the 3 nights I was there). There was a small problem with a leak under the sink that the host came quickly and resolved. The location was close to many restaurants and shops.

It would have been nice if there were channels available on the TV in english. Even if it was just BBC or MSNBC news. It took some effort to figure out how to connect and use all the devices - TV, Wii, cable box, DVD player, etc; some instuctions would have been helpful.
