Location and the host

Only one bathroom is functional

Perfect location, nice room and super kind and helpful host.

Our host, Gabriele, was incredibly accommodating. Picked us up from the bus stop, mapped out the city for us with recommendations, and had great communication throughout our stay, helping out very swiftly with a couple of issues.

The toilet and shower are within 1 foot of each other, so the toilet gets soaked every time you shower.

Everything! The location is perfect, the street really quiet, even it’s right in the heart of historic centre. Lots of sights, restaurants and bars in walking distance. The train station around 15 min walk. All 3 market are really easy to reach from the apartment. The room is good size and very bright and you have everything, you need. The private bathroom is big and and just right outside by the room. Gabriele is a kind and very helpful host. He gave a lots of information and tips, where to go. I do recommend the apartment and I will definitely stay there again, when I go back to Palermo. Thank you Gabriele for your amazing hospitality.

It was spacious. The location was good.

It is a bit noisy if you prefer to keep the balcony doors open. But then there are earplugs in the bathroom:)

Gabriele, was very helpful the whole way through. He had great recommendations too. The room was big and light. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Highly recommend to stay.

I liked the flexibility of the host * a lot of very good tips he gave me betore my arrival such as how to arrive in voice messages, sending me the directions etc. I found it incredibly helpful. Plus he let me check in earlier and leave later and gave me all the good transport and restaurants tips. And it’s useful so I could have avoided all Tourism traps. And that made me save a lot of time. Plus he has an amazing picture in his living room and never mind it’s a replica :)

Everything was great

Everything was perfect. We felt really good there. The localization was ideal because it is in the centre of Palermo city so it was close everywhere. The room was clean and towels were changed too. When we arrived there was prepared for us water, Ice tea and some snacks. We were offered a transfer from the AirPort too, so we really appreciated it. Gabrielle was really helpful for us so we felt taken care of. We could ask him for everything and he was always willing to help. For sure we will come back because we never felt such good atmosfere. Strongly recommend for everybody who wants to visit Palermo :)
