This apartment was perfectly situated in the historic center, walking distance to great restaurants, markets, and important historical sites/ monuments in Palermo. We were traveling as a group of five friends (including two couples) and the size of the apartment was perfect for this. Our host Gabriele was super friendly, gave us great restaurant suggestions, and even helped with our itinerary not just in Palermo but for the rest of Sicily as well. Highly recommend!

The location was fantastic! We were there to see a show at the Teatro Massimo which could be seen from our street, just a 5 minute walk away. Church bells were our lovely wake-up call and we could hear a neighbour having a music lesson. So perfectly Italian! The main room also had a wonderful coffee maker and beautiful mural on the wall.

Everything is beyond expectation! Gabriele is so nice and prepared map, cards and notice about Palermo. Clean room, cozy bed, private bathroom with hairblower. BTW, it's super close to the main street of Palermo, just within a few minutes' walk. Hope one day I will be back and stay here again!

Room was spacious and in a perfect location to explore the city. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Free parking in front of the building was a bonus and was safe to leave the hire car there. Gabriele our host kindly arranged payment of the ZTL fee which we really appreciated. If there was anything else we needed he would have helped us.

Only coffee/ tea facilities and pastries for breakfast but as we found out this is a typical Sicilian breakfast. Plenty of places near if you need a little more in the morning.

Bed mattress could be softer, the shower/toilets are tiny with low water pressure

Excellent location. Great layout inside - two bedrooms with their own baths and a nice sitting room in the middle. Helpful recommendations and information.

So the location is great, house clean and in a great area and all utilities are there. Everything you should expect when you rent a place. However, the guy who rents out the place, Gabriele, is what makes this the best accommodation I have stayed. He explained where to go, helped me with finding transportation to the airport and most of all became a garbage man for me because I forgot an important receipt. You are the best. Will stay with you next time I’m in Palermo. And at least buy you a drink for the garbage…. Grazie mille!
