Būtinybė per vesti saugumo dedozitą. Manau, "Bookings" turėtų viską drausti, kad savininkui nereikėtų prisigalvoti papildomų pervedimų, kurie tampa komplikuoti kelionės/skrydžio dieną. Didžiausi problema buvo su depozito grąžinimu, nes jį grąžino tik po 15 dienų ir tik kelis kart paprašius.

Nessuna trasparenza al momento della prenotazione. Pretendono cifre variabili di cauzione con bonifico istantaneo(nel mio caso prima 500€, poi 200€) x un soggiorno di pochi giorni con eventuale restituzione a una settimana. Non mi ero mai trovato in una situazione simile.
LTI cannot comment positively on the stay itself because I did not proceed with the accommodation after losing trust before arrival. The only positive aspect is that the communication happened through Booking.com, so the messages and payment requests were documented.
After booking, the property asked me to make a €200 instant bank transfer to a private IBAN before arrival. The IBAN was in the name of a private individual, not processed through the official Booking.com payment system. This did not match the official Booking.com conditions, which stated that the damage deposit should be collected on arrival by credit card. The property also asked me to contact them via WhatsApp for further steps, including links for guest data and city tax payment. When I questioned this, the property later claimed that communication had always been through Booking.com, but then again sent a message asking me to contact them via WhatsApp. I reported the situation to Booking.com. Booking.com confirmed that I was not required to pay any deposit in advance and informed me that the case had been reported to their security team. I requested free cancellation because I no longer felt safe proceeding with the stay. The property ignored the cancellation request for a long time, then declined it. Only after repeated messages did they change their position and say that we could arrive without a deposit. By that time, due to the uncertainty, lack of trust, and poor handling of the situation, we had already booked another accommodation. This was a very stressful and unsafe experience. I would not recommend this property to other guests unless all payments and communication are handled strictly through Booking.com and the official reservation conditions are followed.

ITHo soggiornato solamente una notte in questa struttura e mi sono trovata benissimo, comoda la posizione accogliente l ambiente, pulito e con posto macchina codissimo.La consiglio vivamente.
DEDer Aufenthalt war super! Besonders praktisch war der Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und der Gastgeber unglaublich nett. Ein toller Bonus war, dass auch Netflix und Prime Video zur Verfügung standen.
