"Fab place in a great location"

The apartment and keys were ready for the check in time which is 5pm. The apartment is huge and takes two couples or couple and friends / kids very well. The location and view over to the beach is fantastic. We didn't have a car but if you do there is a parking space available behind.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach hervorragend. Die Lage direkt am Ocean Drive mit Blick auf das Meer, einfach perfekt. Giulio war der perfekte Gastgeber. Er war sehr höflich, zuvorkommen und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert, egal ob mit Guilio oder seinen Angestellten

Wyjątkowe miejsce z wyjątkową obsługą - ogromne podziękowania dla Rity, Williama i całego zespołu. Lokalizacja również absolutnie wyjątkowa, a widok z okna na wschody słońca to coś, czego się nie zapomina! Duży plus za miejsce parkingowe za bramą oraz wygodny, bezproblemowy dojazd. Plaża jest przepiękna - idealna na poranne spacery i relaks. Mieliśmy jeden minus, który ostatecznie zamienił się w plus – winda nie działała. Było to dla nas zaskoczeniem, ale właściciel apartamentu wykazał się pełnym profesjonalizmem i zaproponował nam rekompensatę w wysokości 600$, co bardzo doceniamy. Dziękujemy! Jeśli jeszcze kiedyś wybierzemy się do Miami Beach, to miejsce będzie na szczycie naszej listy.

"unfair"

We were 5th floor with 2 young kids. During our stay, from our arrival, the elevators were out of order...the owner knew that when we booked the apartment (I checked it with the concierge) but he did not inform us. Unfair. One day before our arrival, he informed us, but we could not cancel, it was too late. We were offered one night compensation, but I had to pay the commission on PayPal... Unfair. I don't recommend it.

Great location and view of south beach

Elevator was broken and it was the fifth floor so lots of stairs. But the owner acknowledged the issue and gave discount ,so they were very understanding and agreat host
