היתה בעיה במעלית שהבעלים עידכן לגביה מבעוד מועד ואיפשר לבטל, בשל איכות הדירה והמיקום לא בוצע ביטול ונתקבל פיצוי הולם. גם היעדר המעלית לא פגע באיכות החוויה

The location was absolutely perfect. We walked and biked to a number of restaurants and shops. The beautiful beach located across the street and boardwalk allowed for a daily dip in the warm ocean water. Giullo was very helpful, attentive and ensured our satisfaction. We could not have asked for a better place to stay in South Beach. We will stay here again!

There is really nothing we did not enjoy about this beautiful place. Although, it would have been nice to have a television in the master bedroom but it is not necessary.

Simply stunning- from the views of the beach to the proximity of the businesses the property exceeded expectations.

Only dislike was not staying longer.

The apartment is awesome and the location is brilliant on Ocean Drive

The only negative was a lack of responsiveness from our ‘assigned housekeeper’. She ignored messages and calls, which created unnecessary stress. Fortunately the building caretaker and other staff (via booking.com) were very helpful.

Great place to stay very clean and well equipped

Arrival and departure protocol is a bit cumbersome unfortunately - the housekeeper does not provide a proper guidance.

The apartment was better than the photos. Comfortable with excellent layout. In an amazing location. The owner was very kind and interested in us being completely satisfied. He helped us with everything we asked for, immediately.

Everything was perfect! 👌

Gorgeous view of the beach, all the amenities we needed, so comfortable. It felt like a home and we had such a nice time popping out for a swim when we wanted without having to plan a day at the beach as an event. It was a great getaway.
