"Perfect to visit Cinque Terre"

The location is perfect and central to go from La Spezia to Cinque Terre. It’s also nice for the evening to have dinner in La Spezia, and there’s a lot of restaurants around the room. The room is nice, clean and comfortable. The little balcony was a nice surprise and we really enjoy it. We didn’t see the host but he was easily reachable and made our stay nice and easy. Everything we needed was in the room, and we really appreciated the fridge.

Everything’s good, I would come back anytime!

"Best place to stay"

What a perfect place to stay. Unfortunately we only had 1 night booked but I would advise to stay in La Spezia and these rooms for minimum of 2 nights. Wonderful room very clean and high specification. Best bed and pillows. Great shower even a balcony to sit on. Easy communication with landlords. Perfect location for everything the town centre, port and station

Great communication and flexibility. The hotel is ideally located close to the central station, perfect for us to spend a night in La Spezia before hoping on the train to explore the Cinque Terre. The hotel has all you need for a short stay and our host was super nice! Would highly recommend

"Perfect place"

Only a few minutes away from the marina and train station, this accommodation is perfect value for money. Large room with a very comfortable mattress and spotless. Communication with the host was very good.

Das Check-In ist gewöhnungsbedürftig! Per WhatsApp erhielten wir die Bedienungsanleitung für den Zugang. Zimmer und Bad sind sauber. Wir haben 2x übernachtet, aber kein Personal gesehen. Um die Rechnung zu zahlen, mussten wir das Geld bar auf dem Tisch liegen lassen. Für uns ein wenig ungewohnt! Sehr teuer für das gebotene!

We like the location and the cleanliness.

Although the air conditioner was not working, the owner gave us a heater which was also nice.
