Center Rooms La Spezia

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! We found ourselves in an emergency situation at 9 PM when another accommodation refused to check us in. In a moment of panic, we booked this room in under five minutes, and the host welcomed us with incredible kindness and efficiency. Within moments of our arrival, we were comfortably checked in, and all our worries melted away. The room itself was absolutely perfect—thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from water, tea, and coffee to a toothbrush, disposable flip-flops, and other essentials. Every detail was considered, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. To top it all off, after check-out, the host went above and beyond by messaging me to let me know I had forgotten some clothes. He even offered to send them back to my home! Such kindness and generosity are rare to find. He is truly the most hospitable and caring person I have met in La Spezia. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a genuinely kind host, look no further—this is the place where you want to stay.

Everything was perfect, there was nothing we did not like.

Location is quite close to the train station, only around a 5-10 minutes walk. The room was well-lit and clean, we had coffee and some snacks provided, as well as shampoo and conditioner! We also had towels. Bathroom was spacious. Self check-in was fairly easy and we had minimal issues.

There is no view from the window, so if you are looking for a good view of La Spezia or Cinque Terre, this is not the room for you. I don't mind the lack of view, which is why I booked this room. Also, you have to take stairs to get into the room, so if you have heavy suitcases, please consider this. I believe there is a lift at the property, but it was not working/was not open when I stayed there.

The accommodation in La Spezia was in a perfect location, close to both the train station and the city center, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a cozy bed, a coffee machine, and a water heater for tea. The host also provided thoughtful extras like snacks (chips and croissants) and a toiletry package with a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a comb. The self check-in and check-out process was quick and easy.

Thank you so much for such a lovely stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, everything we needed and more was there. Great decoration and great quality bed, bedding and towels. The heat was already on when we arrived so everything was nice and cosy. The host was so helpful with great suggestions about parking and restaurants. Anytime we needed anything we got an answer in under 5 minutes.

For a good sleep you'll need earplugs. Thin walls and single glass windows let in any sound
