It was extremely clean and walking distance to everything. The staff was incredibly friendly and was great at communicating and answering all my questions. We had the best stay here.

Top location, super clean and comfortable.

Location is perfect. Very central in Menaggio but not noisy at all. I stayed in apartment 1, a one bedroom apartment which was more spacious than I expected. Everything worked properly and was very clean. Kitchen had a Nespresso machine and 4 capsules ready for use. Fridge had a 1.5 litre bottle of water and a bottle of white wine. There was also a Bialetti coffee maker and everything else you might need for a week or two stay. WiFi was excellent and easy to connect (by scanning a QR code) and there was a smart TV which was able to connect to YouTube, Netflix and Prime. There were even umbrellas in the common hallway for guests to use on rainy days. The staff were very responsive and friendly. Serena was the person I met and she was very helpful and had very good English. I had a small plumbing problem on the first day of my stay and it was sorted out later that same day when I was out and about. Also, Serena arranged getting a taxi for me in the last day of my stay at short notice. All in all, one of, if not the best places I’ve ever stayed. Highly recommended.

Nothing really, everything was great. However, one thing to note for anyone with mobility issues, there is no lift/elevator in the building (which is a renovated older property) so you do have to use the stairs.
