Piazza del Lago Suites - Menaggio

Great location! All apartments were newly updated. Great stay!

The property is modern and clean! We loved the facilities and the amenities. Location is central to Menaggio and a short walk away from the town centre. There are many eateries nearby so you will not lack for food. Serena assisted very well in checking-in to this place, and gave us great food recommendations. All in all, I would return to this place if I am in the area again.

As it is on a touristy street, there will be some traffic noise, but nothing too loud or unmanageable.

In the centre, close to the ferry restaurants and shops - great location. The apartment was easy to find and the staff answered WhatsApp messages really quickly. I would definitely return.

The sofa-bed was a little uncomfortable for an adult.

There was a loud and constant noise coming from the ventilation system of a van installed above the kitchen cabinets, which made it hard to relax. It often felt like people were laughing, singing, and making noise right inside our apartment—it was very disruptive. So please be aware of this problem

Smart appartment & easy access & super clean in a charming town. Cheerful, helpful staff. We loved our stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent central location. Good smart tv with Netflix etc. there is the possibility of use of a garage for parking. I used this for two nights and it was very helpful. Serena, the property manager speaks excellent English and is very welcoming.

Too many texts about paying the €6 City/Tourist Tax. I paid €60 euros cash for two nights parking but the office manager in Como had difficulty sending a receipt by email. I paid the Tourist Coty Tax online when booking but received several texts asking me to pay this which I already had done so via Booking.com and it said I paid it. Look at the big picture... you have €60 euros cash in one hand and you are harassing the customer for €6 euros they have already paid. Many establishments try to get customers to pay twice. Always read your booking sites T&Cs and keep a receipt and screen capture as proof.

The apartment was nicely presented and had plenty of space for our family of 3. It was a short walk from the ferry and the town centre. Recommended.

Lovely, clean apartment with plenty of space & in a great location

No lift but thankfully we were on the first floor.
