Great hotel right by the river with plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes nearby, great views of the river and city from the upper floors, especially at night. Modern clean rooms with balcony and lovely staff

It's a wonderful room with just amazing view. I loved it so much!

The cleanliness, the view from our room was spectacular, the room itself was simple but beautiful, the shower was large and lots of hot water. The family was beyond friendly. I cannot say enough good about this Homestay and will come back every chance we have. Thank you Thanh and Tuan Anh. You were wonderful ❤️ Oh- the location was perfect. A quick grab to the market, to the train station, the park was right across the street.

Can you make it stop raining ?

The room was very damp and full of mold in the bathroom. And certainly other mold not visible in the ceilings! I had a lot of trouble breathing. I don't understand the good ratings for this hotel! Certainly the cleaning is done and the bed is comfortable. This hotel needs to do some work to solve this problem of humidity which is impregnating the walls.

Fantastic view from your bed out of the balcony to the river and sea. Elevator. Room was very clean. Happy to pay the asking price.

Bed lamps would be nice. Light dimmers.

I liked the view, rooms got cleaned daily that was nice.

The fridge made a lot of noise and you hear the busy road its on very well. Also they washed my clothes and now my pants are all 10cm shorter. Really annoyed about that. They also overcharge if you try to book tours to the caves, better to book at a tourist office, it will save you 200k. Laundry was also very expensive.
