The location is great.

Unfortunately, we had our worst hotel experience in Vietnam at this place. Our booked room was changed one day ahead of arrival, and the walls in the room we got were so humid the paint got stuck on things put up against the wall. We were told last minute that we needed to pay our stay in cash, even though terms stated the opposite, and we spent most of the following day sorting out the payment. Upon check-out, no one was present at the reception, even though we had agreed on time of check-out two times the day before.

Great value hotel , amazing views from the balcony. Dong hoi is a lovely town off the tourist route worth staying a couple of nights . Host family so nice.

Excellent location, great facilities and lovely staff, good value too.

Just be aware it's cash only.

The woman and man who worked in reception were very kind and helpful. They helped us us to buy bus ticket with the best price .

Nice clean rooms Close to ocean

No heat in rooms and thin blanket was not enough. Had to put towels on us to keep warm. Also having the shower next to the toilet is bad. Everytime you go to the toilet, your socks get wet.

Very nice view over the monument & river with table & chairs on the balcony for chilling. Everything is still new & clean. Spacious room, comfy bed, clean bathroom with places for storagr and smart design. My request was confirmed quickly and the owners couldn't have been more friendly. There were a nice, affordable next door cafe and walkable restaurants. Very enjoyable stay.

Please consider adding hand washing gel, TV, full body mirror, and sleeping lamp.

Location and view, spacious room and pretty new facilities

Poor sound proof, not a single chair in room. Fence partition with room next door, neighbour can see your bed.
