Candelabra Cottage Perched on the Wild Coast

Beautiful cottage. More than the place. We throughly valued the conversation with the host. Oh God, she was amazing. It immediately felt like a home away from home.

The unit was neat and clean and well located close to the beach.

It is probably not an ideal choice for the elderly or folk with mobility issues. The access is down a steep driveway and then down and up stairs. The lack of a wash basin in the kitchen meant we had to use the bathroom basin to wash dishes.

The location was perfect. Close to the beach and other facilities in Cintsa.

The room we booked wasn't what we got. The pictures on the website were misleading. We did not have a view to the river due to the trees covering it. There was no TV in our room as advertised on the website. The room wasn't ready on arrival regardless of us communicating with our host throughout our travel to the Cottage. There wasn't enough cutlery. Charging ports are far from the bed. Shower water wasn't as hot as expected. Apon arrival the host was intoxicated. We had to wait about 30 min for her to get the room ready, it was like she wasn't expecting us.

The place was so clean and quiet 👌

There was no drinking water. There were 2 mugs but no teaspoons.
