Communication with Cristina was excellent — she was easy to reach and provided helpful advice on how to access the apartment. The property was easy to locate, the check-in process was straightforward, and we were able to find a parking spot right outside the apartment. Overall, a smooth experience.

Very nice person, she made sure we would have a pleasant stay and even let us into the apartment a little earlier. Everything was perfect, the location of the suite is great, close to city center and The leaning tower

The couch was falling apart but it wasn’t a big issue

First of all, the location is excellent, close to all the main attractions and the city center, as well as the main train station in Pisa, supermarkets, etc. The property is perfectly arranged and fully equipped, everything you need is there, and even more. It’s very clean and comfortable. It’s a self check-in, which is also a big plus, but the host, Cristina, is available if you need anything. Highly recommended! Greetings from Sarajevo! 🇧🇦😀

The place was spacious, heating and AC in every room, hot water available at all times. Various pastries and juices in the kitchen. Towels, toiletries and hairdryer in the bathroom. TVs in the living room and bedroom.

The tub was leaking badly, I had to mop daily even after short showers. I felt that it could have been cleaner, there was dust in the cupboards, the duvet and cushions weren't washed in a while, the fridge had garlic left in it which smelled horrible.

Signora Cristina is very kind and helpful with everything you may need ! She was able to answer our questions whenever needed throughout our stay. The room is amazing! Definitely, I would suggest it to everyone !

Cristina was a fabulous host , we had an early flight and we were able to drop are bags at the apartment until it was ready she also booked our taxi to the airport. Things that aren't mentioned is there's breakfast left for your stay including coffee pods for the coffee machine, there's are tea bags , sugar , salt , cooking oil , milk , bread and other items. There is everything you could need in the apartment and the water pressure for the shower is very good with plenty of towels , shower gel , shampoo and conditioner. The TV was great , obviously it has Italian programs as your in Italy but its connected to the WiFi and has all the apps like prime and netflixs so just use your own account or take a USB drive with films on as I did . There's a small bar at the end of the road that opens until 5pm that has the cheapest drinks in pisa , a large gin and tonic with a red wine was 4 euros and they also do lunch . There's a launderette very close if you didn't want to take two weeks of clothes with you . I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone
