The apartment is quite spacious and equipped with everything necessary. It’s worth mentioning that if you rent a car, there’s nowhere to park. There is street parking about a 10-minute walk from the location, but you risk not finding a spot. This information is not provided upfront by the owner, even if you ask beforehand; you only find out on the day of check-in, which was not comfortable at all. Another inconvenience was the bed – a basic 140x200 cm bed, quite cramped for a couple, with synthetic sheets that made you sweat heavily regardless of how cold the room was. Breakfast consisted of croissants and sweet bread provided by the host throughout the stay, for which the extra charge was not justified. Considering we stayed in March, it was quite cold in the evenings and the heating didn’t work – we had to warm up using the air conditioning units. The apartment is located in a limited traffic area (ZTL) in Pisa. Noisy neighbors until late at night.

Property was clean and comfortable and in a quiet and good location for exploring the area. Property is within walking distance of the tower and the train station. Host was lovely, extremely helpful and friendly.

No hot water on second day but resolved the next day. Old food in fridge.

Great location. Only a 20 minute walk to the tower of Pisa, a 20 minute walk to the train station in Pisa, and a 30 minute walk from the airport.

Location of the facility was excellent. In the very center of the city. 850 meters from leaning tower and the other interesting places that is of interest of tourists. At night it was very silent on the street. On the next street there are places to have a drink or to eat in the evening but no night clubs or disco. No disturbing companies. Great place to stay if you want to relax after an active day. During the summer air conditioning is working perfectly. Also thanks to thick walls the house is not getting hot. Facilities are very clean and there is everything you need for cooking, cleaning, bathing. The owner is very kind and happy to provide any assistance if you need one. Very responsive. There is possibility to communicate over the phone (calls or messages in whatsapp).

There could be a washing machine available. Well, can wash your clothes in the sink as well, it is big enough, but after a day spent discovering amazing Italian cities and mountains and beaches it would be best solution to load a washing machine instead of washing by hands.

Check in can be done automatically with a code, which definitely helps when flights get delayed. There is air conditioning in both the dining room and the bedroom, which really helps dealing with the high summer temperatures in Italy. The apartment is nice and cozy. The kitchen is functional, and equipped with a large fridge. The coffee machine is a great addition. Main spots of the city are easily reachable by walk or bus. I would totally recommend
