Camera spaziosa, ben arredata e comoda. Struttura a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di ortigia con parcheggio privato chiuso.

Unico piccolo difetto la poca illuminazione artificiale del bagno.

It is a walking distance to Ortygia and the next door cafeteria offers a 10% discount. There was a coffee machine and good coffee. The shower is comfortable and had lovely towels as well. The hosts were helpful and had a bottle of water prepared for us in the fridge.

The window was very high making the room look like a prison cell. The space for the microwave and coffee machine is very limited having to change the place of the coffee machine to be able to use the microwave. The entrance door had an uncomfortable handle being in a sort of hole and it was not easy to open and shut the door. The parking of the car was explained, but a video would have helped much more. We had to have exact money for the city tax since we had to leave the money on the table and could not have change when I think we could have easily paid by card.

Struttura pulita e accogliente, in una posizione ottima: a pochi passi dal ponte che collega la terraferma con l’isola di Ortigia ma allo stesso tempo vicina all’uscita della città, per tale motivo perfetta come appoggio per poter visitare il resto della Sicilia Sud-Orientale. Altro bonus della struttura da non sottovalutare è la presenza di posto auto ma soprattutto la premura e la disponibilità degli host. Struttura super consigliata.

Assolutamente nulla. Unico appunto: consiglio una maggiore attenzione solo al refill giornaliero di carta igienica.

Check-in erfolgte per What's App mittels Schlüsselcode - sehr unkompliziert, Parkplatz am Areal sehr gut nutzbar, sehr familiär, kleine Küche (welche wir jedoch nicht nutzten), Kühlschrank, großes Badezimmer (mit Waschmaschine), Betten sehr bequem, im Neben-Cafe sehr gutes Frühstück mit Discount :)

The apartment is beautiful, clean and very well equipped. We came with the car and really appreciated the private parking provided by the property. The location was also great and at a walking distance from all of the city attractions. The communication with the host was very smooth and all of the check in instructions were clear.
