This adorable apartment is well stocked and located right in Ballina. We walked the whole town from here. The pub downstairs is full of antiques, and offers live music every night, and regular TVs for viewing sports. The clientele is local, it's not full of tourists

The craic (fun) in the pub goes on till 2 am. This did not bother us, but loud partying might affect visitors' sleep. Earphones or ear plugs are advised.

The location eas brilliant, staff in bar where excellent hosts the music / atmosphere very good.The comfort of accommodation was excellent. An accommodation l will gladly return to in the near future.

Accueil très sympathique par la propriétaire qui a été très chaleureuse. Le logement était parfait avec des lits très confortables et très propre. Tout le confort attendu

Le logement étant au dessus d'un pub (très sympa par ailleurs, avec une très bonne ambiance !) il y avait un peu de bruit en début de nuit.

Very central to all the night life

Perfect location to get around Ballina. The lady who met us was lovely and friendly. The pub underneath was a beautiful cosy little number. Had everything you could need for a stay.

Central location and flexile on arrival and departure times. Clean and fully equipped to suit our needs.

I didn't think about the fact it was a Saturday night and there was a live act on until the early hours. So we didn't get as much sleep as i thought, especially as i couldn't shut the bedroom window.
