The location was great, and the apartment is very clean and has everything you need.

One of the bedrooms is over the beer garden, so be aware if you have children. Noise cancellation earplugs are a must.

Ideal location, staff were friendly and approachable. Room was clean and comfortable, couldn’t beat it.

No soft seating i.e. small sofa or chairs, security needs looking at, too much noise from courtyard and barrels and glass bin

I added my mother to the booking last minute which you kindly accommodated. Staff were lovely and it was an easy check in.

The stairs leading up to the apartment were dirty. There were a lot of dead insects on the window sills inside the apartment. There was a used pint glass left on the bedside shelf. The bathroom sink felt gritty and dusty so it didn't feel clean. The wooden floors throughout the apartment were not clean, they were dirty and dusty. There was a hole in the bathroom wall which was stuffed with toilet paper. .

Location is good, nice bar downstairs with small beer garden.

There is only one small mirror in toilet and that's it, could do with a full lenght mirror for getting ready. Also had no hair dryer or iron.

Great location right in the town. Great Guinness in pub below
