I liked that the staff was friendly and it was a seamless check in check out process. They didn't have the room we booked so they upgraded us and let us pay the amount for the original room the entire week we were there.
I didn't like people standing out in the hallway in front of my door (I was right next to elevator) talking loud all hours of the night and day.

Too much paperwork for a frequent guest!! Information should be on file which would provide for a smoother and speedier check-in process! Would highly recommend that!
