Everything in the place was beautiful. It rained all day and night, but we didn’t mind as we were very comfortable.

NZ10/10 for the view, its really sensational. Comfortable bed and nice squishy couch. Lovely deck with a spa pool (although I didn't use it). Kitchen was well equipped and had full laundry facilities. Undercover on-site parking. Did require a bit of manoeuvring to get into the park, but not too much of a problem. Host was very responsive to my couple of queries.
This is a lower floor apartment, and the soundproofing between the upper apartment wasn't great, resulting in lots of thumping and banging from the guests above, particularly with children running from one end of their apartment to the other. It was unfortunately a detraction for me. The bathroom fan seems to be on a random timer, often not turning off for hours, with no way to seemingly turn it off, it was also quite noisy, even with the bedroom door closed.
NZNZThe layout, location and appointment . Really enjoyed the spa pool on the deck and being able to follow a few steps to the beach. Saw a pod of rice passing Kapiti island . Loved the view
A small thing was being unable to lock both doors to the bathroom. Could have been an issue if we were there with an additional family member
NZNZThe place was immaculate and well maintained, every corner inside and outside the house was kept clean. Michael, the host, was very responsive and replied to our queries in timely manner. The unit was easily accessible for someone who relies on a walker. The view was stunning.
There was none that we disliked.
