WoodSpring Suites Newington - Hartford South

I've been a customer for over a year. In the beginning, I actually loved booking at this hotel. Now, the rates are ridiculous for the nastiness that I have witnessed in each room that I've been given and the outside area of the hotel. All the staff will do is offer another room that is not up to par as well. They refuse to give a discount because MANAGEMENT is only worried about filling all the rooms to guests and the cost of the rooms DO NOT EQUAL the quality of them! I sent an email to corporate office and I will be calling them as well!

RATE OF ROOM, Cleanliness of room, outside area of the room (garbage overstuffed and falling over to sidewalks and parking spaces), NOISE at certain times of the evening.
