Floors in room were sticky and dirty. Bed sheets looked clean but were covered in hair, both beds, looked like someone brushed their hair over the bed.

The most unprofessional, inappropriate management I have ever dealt with. I had an issue that was not only ignored, but dismissed and i wasnt even able to get a word out speaking to them. I was hung up on, yelled at, cursed at, and disregarded on all levels. They should not be in operation. No wonder the reviews were terrible. Woodspring suits should be ashamed.

Horrible front desk service, management was unacceptable in behaviors, disrespectful and rude. In 20 years of hotel bookings I have never had such an awful experience

Ever being charged double for the same stay but that was a different place. This one's worth it
