I liked almost everything about my stay. See below.

My room was located next to plumbing machinery. Every time someone flushed, I heard it. It would really help if it was enclosed somehow.

The room was great, quiet at night. Screaming kids in the morning downstairs made coffee on the patio not so great.

The reception staff suffered from serious attitude. We arrived at 1pm, advised the staff i was early but really need an early check in. "It not available yet." Was all I got. "We will text you when it's ready" 4:30 I was told the room would be available at 5:30. NOT acceptable. I had groceries in the car. Finally, I asked for any available room! Finally checked in. Staff get a totally failing score just for the attitude. If you offer check in at 4 - check us in by 4!
