Jose at the reception desk was exceptional! The room and area were very nice!

The heat wasn't working at first, but they handled it right away. The water in the bathroom took awhile to warm up.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! The best, very nice staff during check-in. Everywhere was fabulous. Highly recommend. It's very quiet and peaceful. We forgot a bunch of clothes in our room and only about an hour away, they were so kind to check the room and hold them for us. They offered to mail, but we turned around and went back. They were so kind about it. Raymond was in lost and found, and he was awesome.

I liked the whole thing. Great staff.
