Great views and clean linen!

Some of the facilities like heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna etc weren’t working properly. Bathroom required better attention and cleaning (found hair in the shower area). Slow service at the restaurant.

The location and the staff are amazing.. the staff is always helpful.. the food is great..

The Hotel is in an exceptional location due to breathtaking views from Chalet rooms. The views are spectacular and although hotel may not be as luxurious as traditional 5* hotels , in my opinion views compensated. The staff were extremely obliging and eager to assist in any way.

The evening and lunch dining menu needs to be expanded since the hotel is located over 1.5 hours away from main town, dining options are limited. More lounging facilities inside the hotel for guests to relax.
