Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, bequeme Betten. Das Personal war super nett und bemüht, dass für uns alles in Ordnung ist.

Super aufmerksames Personal, schöne Anlage und sehr schönes Zimmer. Definitiv empfehlenswert.

Man hört den Muezzin auf der ganzen Insel und dadurch auch in der Unterkunft. Da kann aber die Unterkunft selbst natürlich nichts machen.

* recht laut abends - jedoch nur bis 22 Uhr, eventuell auch 22:30 Uhr. Hatte das Gefühl die Urlauber sind ein Zimmer weiter 😅 * Für den Preis hätte ich mir qualitativere Kissen gewünscht, eins war recht hart und dick und das andere hatte einen unangenehmen Kissenbezug. Bettbezug kann generell hochwertiger sein. * Polster für die Poolliegen wären toll * einen leichten Raumduft habe ich vermisst * Kaffeemaschine an der Rezeption (oder so) wär ideal

We’ve been traveling through Indonesia and this was our best and most comfortable stay so far! They were very meticulous about everything in and around the room, which is rare at other stays around here. There is a washing station for shoes, bikinis etc outside in front of the bungalow, also a drying rack. The room was really nice and spacious and had wardrobes, TV, even 2 sarongs for at the beach, 2 robes, a beach bag. The outdoor bathroom was huge and beautiful, and it came with multiple towels, a hairdryer and a hair straightener (!). The people who run the place and who work there are super friendly and chill. We were sad that we stayed somewhere else the 4 nights before we went to this hotel! We would 100% return if coming back to Gili Air.

Nous avons atterri dans cet hôtel par hasard, et il se trouve très un des meilleurs que vous ayons vu sur cette île. Archi est l'être humain le plus gentil que j'ai rencontré à Bali. Il fera de votre séjour une expérience extraordinaire. Mimi et Ginger seront aussi d'excellente compagnie pour votre futur séjour. Les logements sont d'une propreté irréprochable. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Mais le service et l'humain font vraiment de ce séjour une expérience inoubliable. Merci pour tout !

The place has a good location, in the needle of the island so easy access to the north beach and restaurants, not far from the harbour. They offered bikes, easy to visit the entire island, bars on the beach so great, reasonably priced and not far from the hotel. It is a small place so it is great for relaxing. The owner is very friendly and polite, and there is a small swimming pool between trees, shops nearby. I wish to stay longer!

Un bel emplacement, à la fois central et relativement calme, à proximité de tout. La chambre était propre, saine et fonctionnelle. La petite terrasse est très agréable.

Le frottement des arbres sur la toiture pouvait être un peu bruyant. La piscine est très profonde. Enfin, quelques petits matelas supplémentaires sur les sunbeds auraient apporté encore plus de confort.

La pulizia impeccabile. L’atmosfera. Lo staff gentilissimo, e professionale, in particolare Arki, è stato disponibilissimo, insomma tutto è stato perfetto. Ci ritornerò.
