Super accueil, un établissement au top. L’un des meilleurs que nous avons eu durant notre voyage. Possibilité de louer des vélos ou scooter électrique. Je recommande fortement, un réel esprit de vacances vous attend !

Es un hotel de pocas habitaciones/bungalows, pero muy limpio y cuidado. El personal fue súper amable durante toda la estadía, y el dueño está siempre presente, lo cual hace que todo sea mucho más fácil (incluso nos ayudaron con un early check-out sin problema). Tanto Arki como Paul fueron geniales y muy hospitalarios. La ubicación está bien: está a unos 500 metros del centro y también muy cerca de la costa oeste, donde a la noche hay barcitos y lugares para comer con mucha onda (especialmente el restaurante Santorini de comida griega nos encantó). En resumen, un lugar tranquilo, bien atendido y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de Gili Air. ¡Muy recomendable!

Por poner algo, el agua caliente se acababa a los 10 minutos y para bañarse dos te quedabas un poco corto de tiempo. Por ahí si le decíamos a Arki lo solucionaba en un segundo, pero con el calor que hacía tampoco era un drama el agua temperatura ambiente

We loved our time here, a little oasis of calm, central to everything. 10 mins or so walk to each side of the island, for sunrise or sunsets. Handy to the beaches and town. The rooms were very clean and comfy, loved that the room has a large water container so plenty of drinking water and a jug to keep it cool in the fridge. Really nice touch. Lovely Balinese dressing gowns, sarongs to use, good AC, comfy bed, lovely cool pool and very friendly kind staff. They were so great to extend our stay when our fast boat got cancelled. Recommend this place highly. Thanks for a very relaxed stay.

Absolutely amazing stay. Would stay again. So clean. Extra details in the room like beach bag and amenity kit. I checked in early with no problems. Loved it here.

We appreciated the privacy of there being only 5 stand alone guest. The pool was nice place to come back to and cool off. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. The beach was about a 10 minute walk.

There was no breakfast offered but this ended being OK as there are many options within a 10 minute walk. The towels and linens need a refresh

Lovely boutique feel, laid back. Paul was really friendly and welcoming…. Room has all amenities and more… lovely comfy bed… Netflix on tv… staff really friendly…. Managed to arrange for my laundry to get done…. You can hire a bicycle from Johnny next door to the hotel. Everything is nearby … The mosque is nearby so be aware that the muezzin starts prayers pretty early in the morning but that’s Indonesia! 😊

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts are very friendly and attentive. We received a welcome drink and a brief explanation of everything. The little houses are super clean and cozy, with everything stylishly furnished. The bathroom is covered and half outdoors. Two cuddly cats live on the property. The pool was clean and pleasantly cool. I was able to continue using it after checkout. There was also an outdoor shower. They offer a laundry service for 20k/kilo and bike rentals for 50k. We felt very comfortable here.

The location is a bit inland, but you can walk everywhere.

Location in middle of island great and lovely setting

No room service in 3 nights. I think as you are using a bin for toilet paper that at least this should be emptied on a daa as ily basis but not once during our 3 night stay .
